Thamanat orders RID to speed up draining of floodwaters in 4 central provinces

Deputy Prime Minister Thamanat Prompao has ordered the Royal Irrigation Department (RID) to accelerate floodwater drainage in four central provinces. The RID is using 70 water pumps across Suphan Buri, Sing Buri, Chainat, Angthong, and Uthai Thani to help farmers resume paddy planting.
